Bravehearts Jump On Navigators Early and Often
Worcester goes into break on six game winning streak
Worcester, MA-  Riding a five-game winning streak, the ‘Hearts returned to Hanover Insurance Park looking to continue their success. Worcester jumped out to ten runs in the first five innings on their way to an 11-7 victory over the Navigators. 
North Shore we able to strike first in the top of the first inning. Lead-off man Joey Murphy singled and advanced to second on a ground out. Murphy then stole third and went home on the wild throw.
Despite the early lead for North Shore, the Bravehearts jumped on the Navigators, scoring three runs in the first. Mariano Ricciardi and Chris Rinaldi started off the game with back-to-back singles. After advancing on a Michael Dellicarri fly-out, both Ricciardi and Rinaldi scored on back-to-back wild pitches. Worcester added their third run after a Jack Gonzalez single scored Eddie Haus who reached on a walk and advanced on the wild pitches.
Worcester added to their lead in the second with two more runs. For the second consecutive inning, the Bravehearts had back-to-back singles to lead off the inning. Idelson Tavares and Ricciardi singled which was followed by a Delicarri walk. Dustin Harris hit a sac-fly to score Tavares which was followed by a Brett Coffel single to score Ricciardi. 
Dustin Harris then led off the fourth inning by getting hit by a pitch. Harris then stole second base before taking third and home on back-to-back sacrifice flies with Brett Coffel getting the RBI on the second sac fly. 
Four more runs were added in the fifth, which started with a Tavares single. The centerfielder then stole second and advanced to third on a wild throw. After a Dellicarri walk and stolen base attempt, Taveres scored on the throw down to second. The damage was not done there, as back-to-back walks by Harris and Edward Haus loaded the bases for Brett Coffel. The catcher cleared the bases with a three-run double to extend the lead to 10-2. 
North Shore added three runs in the seventh inning and another in the eighth and ninth, but could not manage to get within three. 
The Bravehearts added another insurance run in the bottom of the eighth when Mariano Ricciardi singled in Kirk Sidwell. 
Worcester now goes into the all-star break having won six in a row and eleven out of their last twelve games.
