Pro Series Baseball Clinics for Players Ages 13-18 will take place Saturday/Sunday November 14-15 from Noon-3:30pm each day @ Lyons Diamond Worcester State University
 
With Major Leaguers John Andreoli, Ryan O’Rourke and Rich Gedman, along with Pat Quinn-Scholarship Catcher URI, Alex Richardson-Assumption, Jeff LaHair-Worcester Tornadoes, Alex Dion-Head Coach Bravehearts, Dr. Dirk Baker-Head Coach Worcester State, and the WSU coaching staff

Saturday=Defensive Skills (Pitchers-Catchers-*Infielders-Outfielders) & Base Running, followed by a coach-pitch game. NOTE: Pitchers will receive 2+ hours of PFPs along with S&C, arm care maintenance, cords exercises, and dry mechanics. *specialized instruction for 1B and 3B corner IFs.
 
Sunday=Pitching & Hitting Skills, followed by a coach-pitch game. Pitchers go through a full dynamic stretching and warm-up routine, long toss, competitive bullpen, notes on strategy, and mental game. Hitters go through dry swings, soft toss, tee work, double-barrel in cages, and on-field BP. NOTE: During the games on either day pitchers will be given personalized individual pitching instruction along with video analysis.

In case of rain we use the indoor cages and turf football field.
