Bravehearts Announce Vaccination NationWorcester, MA- In partnership with UMass Memorial Health, the Worcester Bravehearts have announced the debut of Vaccination Nation, a promotion where fans can earn a free Bravehearts ticket and hat simply by showing their COVID-19 vaccination card at a home game. UMass Memorial Health - the health care leader in vaccination efforts here in Central MA - is proud to join forces with the Bravehearts to launch this new program in support of the health care system’s goal of promoting vaccinations in every way possible in the community. “We are extremely excited to continue our effort to vaccinate members of the community who recognize that the best way to strengthen their resistance against this virus is by getting vaccinated,” said Monica Lowell, Vice President of Community Benefits for UMass Memorial Health. “We have come too far over the past year and a half to cut our efforts short now and leave any community member that wants to be vaccinated left unprotected. We applaud the Worcester Bravehearts for introducing Vaccination Nation to incentivize and inspire greater participation in the vaccination process.” Fans wishing to take advantage of the offer can show up to any 2021 Worcester Bravehearts home game beginning Saturday, July 10th at noon and show their COVID-19 vaccination card at the box office to receive their free ticket and hat. There is a limit of one ticket and one hat per customer through the final regular season game, which will occur on August 13th. “The Bravehearts can’t wait to get Covid-19 fully in the rearview mirror,” said Bravehearts owner John Creedon, Jr. “We are glad to do whatever we can to help our community get to that point as soon as possible. Get vaxxed and then come enjoy a ‘Hearts game on the house!” The Bravehearts recently launched Vaccination Nation on Tuesday, July 6 in conjunction with the Town of Lancaster at their COVID-19 Vaccination Event. Additional Vaccination Nation tickets and hats will be offered at vaccination events at Clinton Elementary School on July 21 and August 11 from 8 AM – 1 PM and at The College Church in South Lancaster on July 27 from 3-6 PM.
