Summer Camps Back for 2022Click Here to Sign-Up for Worcester Bravehearts Summer Camps
Worcester, MA -The Worcester Bravehearts have announced they will bring back their two-week summer camp where kids can learn baseball instruction directly from the Bravehearts players. In 2021 the Bravehearts hosted over 200 campers per week during their two week summer camp and are preparing to see similar numbers in 2022.
The Bravehearts camps will run from 9am-2pm Monday through Friday, with an early drop-off option starting at 7:45 am. The camps will run the weeks of July 11 and July 18 with lunch being provided daily. Campers will receive direct instruction from Bravehearts players to improve their baseball ability. No prior baseball experience is necessary to sign up, and ages 6-12 are eligible.
A new face for Worcester will help to run the camp, as newly-hired Operations Manager Aaron Bolduc will handle the logistics of camp, as well as head the baseball training. Bolduc was a pitcher at UMass-Boston, and worked in the operations department for the Bravehearts in the Summer of 2021 while also helping manage the team’s social media. The Bravehearts coaching staff will also help to lead the camp, while players will rotate daily to train different age groups.
“I'm very excited to expand my role from last summer and be a part of the sport that I grew up loving and played into college,” said Bolduc. “During this season, I hope to provide quality baseball training to the young campers, create engaging content for social media, and bring excitement to the Worcester community. I can't wait for what we have in store for this season on and off the field.
