Promotional Schedule ReleasedWorcester, MA -The Worcester Bravehearts have announced their Twenty-Twenty-You Promotional schedule for their upcoming season. Their schedule will feature more promotional games than ever, with a combination of beloved Bravehearts promotions such as Craft Beer Night, Scout Night and Hockey Night, along with new exciting promotions from their “You-Choose” campaign.
The team will bring back their Fireworks and Friday Night Bright Jerseys for their Friday home games, as well as Kids Club Sundays where Kids Club members get in for free.
The Bravehearts will open up on May 27 with the unveiling of the “Home is Where the ‘Hearts Are” Fan Wall, which will feature over 500 faces of fans and logos of locally-owned businesses. Fans can sign up for free to get their face on the wall by visiting the Bravehearts website.
The team will partner with the Massachusetts Pirates to offer two “Worcester Sports Showcase” games. The first will be on Sunday May 29, where anyone who shows a Massachusetts Pirates ticket from their game on May 28 gets into the Bravehearts for free. Those who then purchase Bravehearts tickets on Friday July 15 will receive a buy-one get-one Pirates ticket if they show their Bravehearts ticket at the DCU Center Box Office.
The Bravehearts will host two stadium-wide All-You-Can-Eat games on Memorial Day and Fourth of July. These 1pm games will feature $20 adult tickets and $10 kid tickets which includes entry to the game and All-You-Can-Eat food and soft drinks.
On Worcester’s Tercentennial Celebration weekend on June 10-12, the Bravehearts will host three home games. On Saturday, June 11 the Bravehearts will pay homage to the former residents of Fitton Field with Worcester Tornadoes Night. The team will wear throwback Tornadoes jerseys and the game will feature promotions from the early stages of the team. Sunday June 12, the Bravehearts will have a Worcester Tercentennial Celebration. The City of Worcester will provide free tickets to all of those who attended the Tercentennial festivities during the weekend and will conclude the festivities with the Worcester Bravehearts game.
Worcester will offer five “You-Choose” games throughout the season. On the Bravehearts Baseball in Education Days on June 7 and 8, they will host a “You-Choose-The-Rules” game where fans will have the opportunity to create rules which will be used during the games. On Sunday June 26, the team will host an interactive “You-Choose-the-Music” day where fans will be able to choose both the Bravehearts and opposing team’s walk-up music. July 27 will be a “You-Choose-The-Promotion” night where fans will vote on which promotion they would like to see most, with the winning promotion being the theme for the night. Sunday July 31 will be the team’s “You-Choose-the-Jersey” promotion. Fans can create their own Bravehearts jersey to be voted on and the winning jersey will be worn by the team during this game.
Along with all of the new promotions, the Bravehearts will bring back seven fan-favorite promotions from previous seasons. On June 17 the Bravehearts will offer their annual Scout Night and welcome the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of Central Massachusetts to watch the game and then pitch a tent and sleep over on the field. July 1 is Sign Night, where fans are welcome to bring signs of their favorite players. Anyone who brings a sign will receive a free hot dog. Bark-in-the-Park returns on July 13 where fans can bring their furry friends out to the park. Craft Beer Night will follow on the next night, July 14, with local breweries from the Massachusetts area coming out for a beer tasting event featuring live music in the left field tent. The Bravehearts will play their third 10:30 AM game on July 28 on “Camp Day” where they will welcome campers from the Massachusetts area for a field trip to the Bravehearts game. Military Night follows on Friday July 29 where all active and retired armed forces members will get into the ballpark for free. July 30 is Hockey Night in partnership with the Worcester Railers where the team will offer hockey-based promotions throughout the game.
Other new promotions that will be featured during the 2022 season include “Art with the ‘Hearts” on Saturday June 4 where fans can participate in a pre-game splatter paint session. Movie Day is Sunday July 17, and the Bravehearts will encourage fans to dress as their favorite movie characters. The July 17 game will be a double header at Fitton Field, with a Worcester Fire Department vs Worcester Police Department game taking place at 1 pm. “Pink Night” Saturday July 9 will be a Breast Cancer Awareness Night.
As a final celebration of the Twenty-Twenty-You season, Saturday August 6 will be a night where fans will have the opportunity to participate in a culmination of all the “You-Choose” promotions of the season along with some new and exciting “You-Choose” surprises.
