Worcester, MA- In the second game of the back-to-back with the Pittsfield Suns, the Bravehearts bounced back to snap a three game losing streak, beating the Suns 6-4.

In the first inning, Worcester jumped on the board as John Thrasher led off the game with a walk and advanced to third on a Chris Rinaldi single. Michael Dellicarri then hit a sacrifice fly to score Thrasher.

Pittsfield went on to tie the game in the third inning. After Nolan Cloutier walked and advanced to second on a passed ball, Drew Demartino then singled in the first Pittsfield run of the game.

The damage continued in the fourth inning as Pittsfield managed three runs. A Kyle Cronk single and Jack Culumovic walk put two runners on with no outs. Cloutier was then put out on a fielders choice to put runners on the corners for Drew DeMartino. DeMartino singled to bring in Cronk and give Pittsfield the lead. Brian McHale and Dylan Faircloth continued the inning each with an RBI Single to score Shade and DeMartino.

With the Bravehearts down 4-1 in the sixth inning and in-danger of losing their fourth consecutive game, Brett Coffel launched a solo home run to cut the lead to two.

In the following inning, Coffel came up once again after John Thrasher was hit by a pitch and came around to score on a combination of stolen bases and passed balls. With two on and one out, Coffel once again went deep, giving the 'Hearts a 6-4 lead.

Worcester never looked back as Henry Ennen took over for starter Jared Freilich and earned the win. In relief, Ennen went 5 1/3 scoreless innings allowing only three hits while striking out eight.

Tyler Briggs received the loss for Pittsfield, pitching 1 1/3 innings, allowing three runs and three hits.
